No Guarantees

BoHawk Media LLC does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, revenue, or performance. Consulting services are advisory in nature and outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all materials created by BoHawk Media LLC remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive right to use delivered materials for their intended business purposes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to information, materials, and approvals necessary for the delivery of services. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared during an engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Termination
